Runaway June’s Return Policy
- Buyer has five days from receiving the product to notify RJ’s of problem.
- All custom orders and sales are final. No returns.
- Runaway June’s will use their discretion on return items. Accepted return items will be: items received damaged, wrong item received, non custom orders, non sale items, etc.
- Any accepted return will be for store credit only.
- Any accepted return must arrive back to RJ’S with tags still in tack, free of hair, stains, makeup, smoke, deodorant stains, etc. Items MUST BE 100% RESELLABLE.
- If a return item is received back to RJ’S and is not in promised condition, it will be sent back to the buyer and no store credit will be issued.
- Item return fees/shipping are the responsibility of the customer unless RJ’S made a mistake in shipping the wrong item.
- All items are photographed prior to being shipped for quality assurance. RJ’S is not responsible for damages or lost packages that occur while the package is in the hands of our shipping partners. Once your package leaves RJ’S, we are no longer responsible and any lost or damaged items will need to be filed through the shipping service.
- Customized items such as bridesmaid proposal boxes, caps, custom tees, etc. must be paid for at time of order.
- Returned items must arrive back to Runaway June’s within one week of contacting with complaint. This is to assure that all items may be resold and are not out of season or something we have since put on sale.
RUNAWAY JUNE’S SHIPPING POLICY:
-All items will list their estimated ship time. I’m stock and on hand items will ship within 3 business days. If anything from your order will need to be made, the ship time could increase but will be noted on each item.
-The shipping fees are imported by our shipping partners and we are in no way responsible for the cost of shipping.
